My Story:
Tanner and Tal picked up their first fur baby on April 20, 2024, and it was love at first sight—almost! Among the kittens in the room, one little guy stood out by shying away, hiding from everyone who entered. This timid kitten wasn’t always known as Tequila; his name was Tanner! Tanner (the human) couldn’t believe the coincidence and took it as a sign that this little Tanner was meant to join their family. After some convincing, he persuaded his girlfriend Tal that they should adopt him, and so their journey began.
Tequila quickly settled into his new home and became especially attached to Tal. He would follow her around, and it wasn’t long before the two were inseparable, spending every evening together. From snuggling in bed to waking up side by side, Tequila has found his perfect place in their lives.
Tequila is now deeply loved and thoroughly spoiled by his new pawrents, Tanner and Tal. His story is a beautiful reminder that sometimes, the ones who hide need us the most, and in return, they give us more love than we could ever imagine!
