About Blaze
All About Me and My Unique Personality: Blaze is a beautiful light ginger champagne-coloured kitten with the softest fur and the warmest personality. When he first came into foster care with his brother Dixon, he was a little unsure of the world, having spent his early days at the pound. But now, Blaze has blossomed into a confident, adventurous, and affectionate kitten who will melt your heart.
He loves chasing toys, exploring the house, and playing with the foster family's two little boys. Blaze is also quite the foodie—dinnertime is his favourite part of the day! After a busy day of play, he’s ready for cuddles, curling up in your arms with his soft purr as a sweet lullaby.
Blaze has settled in beautifully with his foster family, which includes three resident cats and two Labradors. While the dogs stay outside, Blaze isn’t shy about interacting with them through the door. He gets along well with everyone, making him a great fit for a home with other pets.
Blaze shares a special bond with his brother Dixon, who is a little more reserved. Blaze’s confidence has been a wonderful influence on Dixon, and they love snuggling up together at the end of the day. While Blaze would thrive in any loving home, he would be happiest if he could stay with his brother.
Blaze is litter-trained, well-behaved, and full of personality. He would adapt well to any household and is ready to bring joy and love to his new family.
If you’re looking for a sweet, playful kitten (or two!), Blaze is ready to meet you.
My Ideal Home: I’d love a home where I can explore, play, and cuddle to my heart’s content! I get along well with other cats, so a house with feline friends would be great, but I’d also do just fine as the only cat, as long as I have plenty of love and attention. My foster home has two Labradors, and while they live outside, I’m not afraid to interact with them through the door, so I think I could adapt to a home with dogs too.
I’d really love to stay with my brother Dixon if possible—we’re inseparable, and I’ve helped him come out of his shell. A family who enjoys cuddles, playtime, and has room for two loving kittens would be my dream come true!
Whether it’s a quiet home or a lively one with kids, I’ll bring plenty of love, purrs, and joy to your life. I’m adaptable and ready to settle into any household that has a warm spot for me (and maybe my brother)!
What is Known About My Background: It’s most likely that I was born in the pound or brought there at a very young age, which means before coming into foster care, I had never known a life outside of a cage. That made me a little shy and unsure at first, but with love and patience, I’ve flourished into a curious, playful, and affectionate kitten. I’ve discovered the joy of exploring, playing, and cuddling, and now I’m ready to find a forever home where I can continue to thrive!
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: I get along well with the three resident cats in my foster home, but my favorite companion is definitely my brother Dixon. We’re best buddies and love keeping each other entertained with all sorts of adventures.
There are two Labradors at my foster home who live outside, and I’m not bothered by them at all. I even interact with them through the door, so I think I’d adjust just fine to a home with dogs.
I’m also good with kids. My foster family has two little boys, and I’m happy to let them pick me up and carry me around. I’m gentle and patient, making me a good fit for a home with children. Whether your family includes kids, pets, or just you, I’m confident I’ll settle in happily—especially if I can bring my brother Dixon along!
