About Ash

All About Me and My Unique Personality: Introducing Ash, our stunning female kitten who has captivated everyone with her striking appearance. At just 4 months old, she is full of potential and warmth. While photos may not fully capture her beauty, rest assured that Ash is a truly special companion.

Ash's story begins with shy beginnings when she first arrived in foster care. She would hide and only came out to eat, often hiding again when approached. However, over time, her trust has grown significantly. Now, Ash eagerly awaits me, running to greet me. Though still a bit timid, her progress has been remarkable.

Ash's personality shines with her gentle nature and playful spirit. She adores playing with her brother Phoenix, and will bring joy to the right home. She will best suit a quiet home environment, ensuring she can develop into a loving companion with some time and patience.

My Ideal Home: Ash would suit a quiet home so ideally not with young children. She would be ok with other cats as she is used to sharing her living area with others. I am not sure how she would be with a dog as she has only seen my labrador through a window. I do not believe she would be suitable as an outside cat so you would need to keep her indoors - I worry that her timidness would make her very difficult to recover from outside.

What is Known About My Background: Not much other than she arrived in care with her brother Phoenix.

How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets: Fine with other kittens. Curious about our dog through the window.

HAR uses the details in this form to select the most appropriate family for our animals. This form allows us to get to know you, your home, your family, lifestyle and level of experience with pets.
Adoptions are NOT approved on a first come first served basis. The adoption process can be lengthy by the time we process all expressions of interest.
HAR Adoption Process
1. Carer will assess and arrange a meet and greet with suitable applicants.
2. If the meet and greet is successful, a yard/home inspection is conducted.
3. If your yard/home passes inspection, the adoption fee is paid, paperwork completed and a 2 week trial period is arranged.
4. 4- On successful completion of the trial period HAR will submit paperwork to Local Council for processing.
Adoption fee includes:- mandatory de-sexing, microchip, vaccination, vet check, flea and worm treatment.
Please understand that by filling in this form, it by no means guarantees that you will be successful in the adoption process, nor does it obligate you to adopt.
To complete this form an attachment must accompany this application regarding housing status. Either landlord approval to have an animal at the premises, or proof of home ownership.
