TEMPORARY CARE-  Go to our foster care application to became a temp carer

Temporary care is often required for animals. Temp care could be between a few hrs and a fortnight.
Temp care generally has a specific length of time and is needed for

 

�         animals awaiting vet work/interstate transport,

�         animals waiting for a full time carer to clear a space,

�         respite for carers with high needs animals who require minding of other animals,

�         dog sitting for carers who are away.

GROOMING-Dogs arriving in care are often not well groomed.
Many small fluffies arrive matted and require a full clip.

DONATIONS- It warms every carers heart to receive donations of food/supplies
as well as assisting with the expenses they incur as carers.

HAR is always in need of a large variety of items, our "wishlish" can be seen here
 
People organising donation drives usually place donation bins/boxes at their workplace, 
or collect from friends, family, neighbours and workmates.
