 Wembly (M) and Waldo (M), 11 weeks @ 03.10.08

After a rough start in life that saw their entire litter abandoned in a gutter at just a day old, these gorgeous boys are now healthy, vital and a bundle of fun. Both Waldo and Wembly have been hand-reared since birth which means they have a real connection with people and love to be a part of whatever their two-legged friends are doing.

They are incredibly affectionate and gentle boys with a true love of belly rubs and cuddles. They are also very playful but don’t bark often and will settle down after a good rumble and behave themselves inside the house. From their soulful chocolate eyes to their soft tan coats with black racing stripes these guys are total cuties with personalities to match.

Waldo and Wembly are both very social and fit in well with other dogs but would be just as happy filling the role of “shadow” to their human family members. They will grow to be large dogs but that just means there will be more of them to love.

So if you’re looking for a big, boofy best friend Waldo and Wembly will happily accept the job.

These pups were found dumped in a gutter at only a day old. When they were found they still had thier cords attached. A lovely person found them, took them in and kept them warm while HAR arranged for someone to do the 4 hr round trip to collect them.

Special thanks must go to Terri for collecting these pups and Tarnie and family for looking after these poor babies so well.

Tulip is a lovely pup who is going to grow into a large dog, if those long legs are anything to go by. She loves cuddles and being picked up.

 She likes to play but also loves a snooze in a comfy dog bed.

8F, 1M, Large cross breed pups - 8 weeks @ 16/10

These pups were born in the pound to Lila (Boxer, Ridgey x) and arrived in care shortly after. Lovely pups, getting bigger everyday. Three white and black/brown/brindle, one light brindle and 5 dark brindle with small amounts of white.

Feel free to call if you would like to visit the pups and their mum, Lila (who is also looking for a home in the near future).

Warning with 40 paws between them I'm fairly certain one of them will chose you and leave it's paw prints on your heart.

NB- Yes some of them are strange names (why the rescue fairies decided to send me 9 puppies when I am up to "X" names and then make 8 of the girls I will never know). Be assured we do not use the individual pups names often. The names are basically used to identify individual pups for vetwork/paperwork so owners are free to change the pups names on adoption but just FYI the definitions are below

The progression of the letters gives you some of idea of how many pups end up in rescue, I am only one foster carer and I have had 24 litters of pups in my care since Christmas 2006
