The questions asked are in order for HAR to assess the type of fosters that may be most suitable to your current situation therefore the more info you provide the better we can match up a suitable first foster. All carers are required to attend a Carer Seminar or equivilant, have a property inspection and become members of HAR prior to taking a foster animal.
